Shipping Policy


FREE SHIPPING UPGRADE: Get your parts even faster! All orders over $45 are eligible for a FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING UPGRADE within the contiguous 48 states (subtotal only, not including tax and shipping charges).


FREE SHIPPING: All orders over $95 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous 48 states (subtotal only, not including tax and shipping charges). Shipments on orders totaling less than $95 will be subject to a small $8.95 handling fee which helps cover the costs of assembling, packing, and shipping your order.


All orders typically ship from our warehouse within 2 business days. We use ground shipping on all orders $45 and under. Priority shipping is used on all orders over $45. Expedited shipping (next day air and 2-day air) are available, requests for quotes can be made via email, please contact Brian@superiorspaparts.com. Some special order parts (Sundance and HotSpring) typically take 1-3 weeks to get, but could be longer depending on manufacturer availability. Expected delivery times are usually listed with the item but in the event they are not, or if a product is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to give you an approximate ship date. After a package has left our facility, it typically takes 2-6 business days to reach your home. Tracking numbers will be provided by e-mail when available.


If you provided the wrong shipping address and we must re-route the package during shipping, a rerouting fee of $20 will be charged


Return Policy: All returns are required to have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number; to obtain an RMA number, contact us by our "Contact Us" button above. All Sundance parts are factory ordered parts and are non-returnable.


Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items: If we ship you the wrong item, or if the item was damaged in transit to you, we will cover the cost of the return shipping, then send you the replacement part upon receipt of that item. Defective items returned within 15 days will be replaced at no additional charge. After 15 days, defective products are subject to factory warranty policies. Pictures of the damage may be requested to help expedite the return process.


If you received the product and want to return it for any other reason, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If returned within 15 days, and after we receive the products back at our processing facility, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, then you will be issued a refund for the remaining balance, minus any shipping charges that were incurred. After 15 days, a 25% restocking fee will be charged, and store credit will be issued for the remaining balance. No item may be returned after 30 days. All items returned must be in 100% new, sell-ready condition, otherwise, no refund will be issued.
